Just a few days before 800 guests arrive in Madrid, the client tells us that he does not have the information of the arrival flights for the participants.

Mice Challenge: Madrid has 4 terminals, there is no way to determine at which terminal the participants will arrive, nor at what time.

TA DMC Spain – Team in Action: We put an emergency transportation plan in place, with assistants at each terminal to be ready to help from the arrival of the first flight until the landing of the last. During peak hours, we put extra personnel reinforcements in place. There was a transport manager in charge of managing the departure of the buses based on need. We had booked several vehicles of various capacities that rotated between the airport and the hotel.
