Eulàlia Aliguer - CEO

TA DMC Spain is led by me, Eulàlia Aliguer, Company CEO. My passion for events dates back to 1997.

“My first experience in this area was the presentation of a new product to the sales network of Vaillaint Turkey in Barcelona, a great challenge. We created experiences from scratch. We had to consider the meeting of two cultures and how they would adapt for each other. We offered creative solutions with almost no technology, and I achieved it all thanks to teamwork with clients and collaborators. We created WOW effects and achieved total success. Since this first experience, the adrenaline and passion for events has never left me.”

The success of this event fuelled my interest in devising the perfect organisational process and offering solutions to any challenge, no matter how big.

My passion gave birth to TA DMC Spain in 2005, a multicultural company that combines vast experience and young talent to exceed all expectations that our clients have for us.

As CEO of this company, my focus is on enjoying every event we organise, and not letting our values suffer, as they are the driving force behind our efforts.

Our values are our unique DNA that we make sure to protect every day at TA DMC SPAIN.

My commitment lies in bringing our values of growth, learning and continuous improvement to every project we undertake. The desire to discover new ways of doing things and finding new ways to overcome the challenges faced by our clients, regardless of their size, are the driving force behind our actions.

CSR

We try to contribute and participate in this global world.

Our contributions are focused on medicine: Hospital de Niños de Barcelona, Doctors without Borders and medical research at Vall d’Hebron, a Spanish benchmark hospital.

With regard to the planet, we joined the Plant for the Planet association in 2023 and have been working for years with WWF for the conservation of nature and the environment.

And we also have our more artistic side, supporting new creators in the world of painting and participating in national poetry awards.

CSR policies are increasingly in demand and necessary and our involvement makes us feel connected to the world.

Let us tell you a little more about Plant for The Planet, a project that all of our customers are collaborating with, if indirectly.

Committed to reforestation to help contribute to the global improvement of the planet, TA DMC SPAIN allocates €1.5 per attendee of each event towards the planting of trees in the Doñana Natural Park, located in southern Spain. In this way we helped restore the ecosystem and biodiversity of the approximately 9,000 Hectares lost during a forest fire in 2017. Each tree has a cost of €6, so with every 4 attendees, we provide one new tree.

HISTORY

TA DMC SPAIN was born from the experience accumulated over the years of many professionals in the MICE sector, both national and international. We have learned something from every event that makes us better every day.

TA DMC SPAIN began its adventure as an event agency in Spain 18 years ago, originally under another name and then with our Leitmotiv “Team in Action”.

The road has not been easy and has been full of adventures. Our backpacks have been filled with great experiences. We believe that we must have done something right along the way to achieve more than 50% customer loyalty and their all-important support during the hiatus we all suffered during 2020-2021.

We have worked hard to keep our agency as a benchmark in the DMC sector, always looking towards the future and overcoming all the challenges we have encountered during this beautiful and creative journey. Always living up to expectations and going one step beyond in service, proposals, and novelties when organiing events in Spain.

And now a curious fact about our logo.

Take a good look at the logo and you’ll see that the image is clearly a T and an A, Team in Action. And now play this music.
