Canary Islands / Tenerife – Outside the Box Meeting

Our client has decided to organize its convention in Tenerife to enjoy its ideal climatic conditions and its high-end hotel offerings.
Mice Challenge: The convention is held inside the hotel, with plenary sessions and several breakouts, but for the closing session, he wants to do something special, something “outside the box”.
TA DMC Spain – Team in Action we planned to have an outdoor meeting, in the middle of the vineyards, under a tippie tent.
Before the meeting and in order for the attendees to get to know this island, we propose an activity related to sustainability, thus combining both concepts.
The owner of the vineyard explains the daily and extraordinary challenges, such as the drought he faces, and explains to the participants how the eco-sustainable activity will be developed. After this precious activity, which allows the participant to contribute to the environment, the meeting is held in outdoor spaces. We conclude with a meal where local farmers propose their seasonal products, and in this way we also add to this event the factor of business sustainability.
