A recreational boat building company is looking for a port where it can show its new boats to potential distributors and customers.
Mice Challenge: The chosen city must have an international airport, the port must have enough space to accommodate 5 ships and an information area. We also need a hotel near the port to accommodate 350 vendors and enough meeting rooms for workshops and a plenary session.
TA DMC Spain – Team in Action: We negotiated with the port of Valencia and obtained the necessary authorisations to carry out the event as the client wanted. We offered two great hotels within walking distance to accommodate the whole group and we occupied all areas of the hotel: lobby, restaurant, halls… obtaining a perfect customisation.
The rooms hosted professional networking and training meetings that resulted in customer loyalty and sales.
